The interior is both plush and traditional, with a real lounge feeling with huge comfy chairs to relax into.

A bit off the beaten track, sitting on top of the hills between Huddersfield and Wakefield, it has fantastic views out towards Emley Moor. It has really nice slate floors, and lounge areas, friendly service and is always clean, cosy and inviting. They also do a fantastic bonfire evening each year which is a local spectacle and always absolutely heaving.
